Your mission
To join the St. George's School group, with the possibility of working remotely or alternatively from either the Cologne, Munich or the Düsseldorf Rhein-Ruhr campus, we are looking for a part-time (15 - 25 hours):
 
Travel & Training Administrator (m/f/d)

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for ensuring customer happiness of our users (teachers and administrative staff) and keeping on top of tasks within a busy and varied field of work.
Main Responsibilities
  • Booking of travel and training in accordance with internal policies, both nationally and internationally
  • First point of contact for all employees, course providers and transportation services for all inquiries concerning travel and training
  • Documentation of booking processes
  • Invoice verification and approval in collaboration with the financial accounting department
Your profile
  • Knowledge and experience in travel and training booking desirable
  • IT affinity
  • Willingness to build understanding of technical systems and learn new skills
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English, German language skills desirable
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and still achieve high-quality results
  • Disciplined, with a high degree of accuracy, integrity and work ethics
  • Self-motivated and independent
