Ihre Mission
Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche
- Kassenführung
- Laufende Buchhaltung
- Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Debitorenbuchhaltung, inkl. Mahnwesen
- Anfallender Schriftverkehr auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen und Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlüsse
- Ansprechpartner in steuerlichen Fragen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Steuerberatern
Ihr Qualifikationsprofil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
- Idealerweise erste, relevante Berufserfahrung
- Selbständige, sorgfältige und termingenaue Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV oder vergleichbarer Buchhaltungssoftware wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB und im deutschen Steuerrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
